At Special:Translate the percentage bar in the group selector has fixed values (of 100% translated, 0% proofread) for all subgroups

To reproduce:
0) Log in to https://translatewiki.net

1) Got to https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&group=ext-translate-groupdescriptions&language=sv&filter=!translated&action=translate&uselang=sv

2) Click through on the group selector: Alla -> MediaWiki -> MediaWiki extensions -> All Translate messagesTranslate -> Group Descriptions and hover over the last of this.

3) Observed: Value in group selector reads: 100% translated, 0% proofread
   Expected: Same as value in action bar: 82 % translated, 8% proofread
