When I click a moderation action (Hide/Delete/Supress), the popup dialog requires another click to select the text-area, so that I can start typing the "reason" for moderation.

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/flow/cards/727, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.

Reopening, as the new modal doesn't have this behaviour yet.
