Some files do not have a description according to ever updated report found at https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Ilmari_Karonen/Queries/Zombie_images&oldid=113997717

(Some images may have been fixed in the meantime)

In addition to the missing description the files do not show up in the uploader's contributions.

Also this is not limited to any upload method (UW/old form/chunked/...) as far as I see.
