Every mail sent to/from any @lists.wikimedia.org.ve or @wikimedia.org from/to any account @wikimedia.org.ve bounces (including WMVE lists at lists.wikimedia.org) Mails to/from wikimedia.org.ve from/to any other domain work fine.
Please provide the exact bounce reason / attach such a Bounce notification email (and remove any confidentiual data from it).

All communications between the WMF under wikimedia.org domain with Wikimedia Venezuela addressed to wikimedia.org.ve is locked. It's critical. Every official and private communication between this chapter and the foundation staff and volunteers is locked due to this issue. Please, check it. wikimedia.org.ve responses fine to and from any other domain.

I believe Philippe had issues emailing wikimedia.org.ve from a staff email account too though I've pinged him to get more info on his test.

Hi guys, As the problem could never be solved and this issue was very critical for our communications inside the movement, we decided to move our mail services to our shared hosting under our owm domain at wikimedia.org.ve Now, we are working fine again out the wikimedia.org domain. Fhaidel, I know this is late but I am working through the backlog and noticed this ticket. I am not certain if the issue is a problem that can be resolved by us or another issue outside of our scope. I noticed in a previous post you have moved away to your own mail servers. Do you still want the mailing lists removed? or would you prefer to try and resolve the issue. Thanks Chris Johnson
