Currently the labels in the legend do not allow linking (AFAIK, except for recentchanges-legend-newpage). It would be nice to be able to link to help pages in the labels.

The messages were now split into two groups, one used in the tooltips and one used in the legend, e.g. recentchanges-label-newpage and recentchanges-legend-newpage. You can freely use links in the latter.
