1) Go to a change, e.g.: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/12345/
2) Scroll down to the list of changed files
3) Middle-click or CTRL+click (or try to select the text of) any of the "Side-by-Side" or "Unified" links

Actual result:
The current page jumps to the top

Expected result:
The page should not jump

Also, clicking anywhere in the code of a diff such as
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/12345/3/modules/ve/dm/ve.dm.DocumentSynchronizer.js,unified
makes the page to scroll to the top.

The problem happens when I use Google Chrome 32.0.1700.77 but not when I test using Firefox 26.0.
