Another use case: a user asked on
https://pt.wikibooks.org/wiki/Tópico:Wikilivros_Discussão:Portal_comunitário/Capa
for a way to make the
[[Image:Como_montar_um_computador.png]]
to appear as in first page of the PDF. This is not possible right now.
