Created attachment 14360 [details] db query error editing Title At http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Talk:Flow_QA edit the title of an existing post and attempt to save. Result is "An error occurred. The error message received was: Database query error" See screen shot.
If you scroll down a few times to load Flow Topic0.8186036083586244 browsertest in, you see the post below it has been edited successfully. That suggests this is an edit conflict. Bug 60363 has the dberror.log entry, as it says deployment-bastion:/data/project/log/dberror.log contains 16 very similar entries complaining Duplicate entry for key 'flow_revision_unique_parent' in `flow_revision`, e.g.

If I click the timestamp in the topic titlebar (to view the topic history) for either Title edited0.8243609783129688 (the one before the title edit that failed) Title edited0.42354122292114904 (probably the title whose edit failed) then I get a 500 error. I filed bug 60417
60417 has been closed, editing titles also appears to be working on both the mentioned titles and others i have tested on beta. Closing as resolved.
