Description Bawolff (Brian Wolff) 2014-01-30 18:14:36 UTC
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Double_slit.theora.ogv doesn't display the "for help use a supported browser" warning on IE.
Comment 1 Brion Vibber 2014-01-30 18:48:18 UTC
I can confirm in IE 11 on Windows 8 (without WebM or Xiph codecs installed). I don't see anything in the JavaScript console; simply nothing happens when clicking the play button in the player lightbox.
Comment 2 Bawolff (Brian Wolff) 2014-01-30 20:27:25 UTC
Im actually going to lower priority to normal. Comparatively speaking this isnt that big a deal since its only one file (or a limitted number anyway. Unclear how many, i expect it has something to do with the files dimensions). Other issues like videos not playing on mobile, videos not playing on some browsers we support are much bigger deals.
