Clicking "4 changes" leads to <https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Flow&curid=0&diff=0&oldid=0>. This is bad.

What gadget/pref do you have enabled on mw.org that shows you this rollup? My vanilla watchlist doesn't do this :)

In https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-watchlist
select "Expand watchlist to show all changes, not just the most recent"
Then in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-rc
select "Group changes by page in recent changes and watchlist"

For added magic, we can automatically expand each of the groupings (normally one has to click the triangle icons), with
https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=User:Quiddity/common.js&oldid=786145

This works on all wikis, not just mw.org
