I don't know, then - it looks like a bug in SMW. At least for me it is not quite clear the exact issue. Furthermore, you should state which version of MW/SMW you are using otherwise it will be difficult to classify the issue.

Product Version MediaWiki 1.21.2 PHP 5.3.8 (apache2handler) MySQL 5.0.96 Semantic Bundle (Version 1.8.0.5) I have 1 page with 2 links for that same page, under browse data. I ran refresh data and that did not fix the issue. I Delete from either one of the links and 1 link is left behind in RED you click on it and are requested to create the page. then I recreate the page and I end up with 2 links to the same page again. Also in case the issue still persists with the current 1.9 release, you might want extent your example because "I have 1 page with 2 links for that same page" is a bit ambiguous. A more specific description could be: Page A has property [[has link::B]] and [[Has link::C]] Page B has property [[has link::A]] etc. If page B is deleted then ...
