long title overflows container in firefox

Seen in FF but not Chrome on http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Talk:Flow_QA

Long title overflows container on right side, see screen shot.

WMF core just got revised "Agora" bevelled-bottom button styles, and those add a "white-space: nowrap"; the Flow titlebar is a big button for topic collapse/expand so it picks up this nowrap. Either we change the CSS in core or the Flow titlebar has to override it.

Maybe the action menu button should push the h2 out of the way.

I believe the folks working on the mediawiki.ui buttons have a fix in for this issue.
