If a post is edited, the pencil icon links to the last diff, 
eg. http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Quiddity&topic[postId]=050e88c8a3a7f00fc8b1fa163e68c4ac&workflow=050e88c8a39bf00fc8b1fa163e68c4ac#flow-post-050e88c8a3a7f00fc8b1fa163e68c4ac
but any older changes are hard to access.

The topic-history and post-history should both include diff links, for every post-edit.
