Same happens for blue tutorial overlays.

Although I agree with you that it doesn't look right, I'm not too clear how it should look so don't consider this bug actionable as it stands. I think a different approach is needed for tablets. Do we want it to be full screen or do we want it to do something different - like appear in the center of the screen?

Adding design tag and Jared. I know Kaity had some ideas around how this should work.

I actually think the blue tutorial overlays are probably doing the right thing...

aren't the bottom drawer ones being switched over to the new overlays anyway? the other one looks like a different matter, and might not want to be combined with the first issue.
