Any idea why/how wm-bot came back? Is it on a timer of some sort? Did someone manually restart it? (Could someone teach me how to? Netsplits happen.)

I don't know. wm-bot is running from the Bots project, and there are instructions for admins at [[wikitech:Wm-bot]].

(I assume the cause of the error was a broken file system? jeremyb rebooted the instance (without avail at first); I don't know if wm-bot is setup so that it is started on reboot or that has to be done manually.)
