Getting it again.
Appears to have been caused by some issue with the wmf12 deploy. Everything has been reverted to wmf11. The root cause of the issue was not identified. Can anyone else add anymore details?

Created attachment 14515 [details] Error 5xx rate today, for the records Basically we had two partial outages lasting 10-20 minutes each on random pages served, if the 5xx error rate graph is to be trusted.
