TypeError: OO.ui.IconButtonWidget  is not a constructor appears in production and "Save Page" and "Cancel" button is not appearing inside VE

This is happening in FireFox.In Chrome, it is working fine.

Also, on load appearing TypeError: this.toolbarSaveButton is null

Think this was a deployment issue.
