Steps to reproduce:


1.Open a page with VE
2.Add Sub-heading 1 to sub-heading 4 
3.Save the page
4.Observe the table of contents

Observed Result:
The table of content is appearing without any style and  order

This is due to the Typography refresh Beta Feature.
