The timestamp for flow edit entries wasn't constructed properly with a href.

The Contribs page formatter needs to be updated to use the $linksas an associative array instead of a numerical one, to follow the change in [https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/111354/5/includes/Formatter.php]

it seems I split the two patches incorrectly, https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/112038/ which is not yet merged solves this.
