The 'All project members' checkbox should just leave the actual ldap setting empty, rather than setting "sudoRunAsUser: %project-design" which seems not to do anything good.

I'm poking at this now and I can't detect any ill-effects.  Since I logged this in the first place I'm closing it until I (or someone else) complains again.
