Description Matthew Flaschen 2014-02-10 22:45:09 UTC
I don't know if this is general to Bugzilla, or specific to our installation. When someone changes something from NEW to UNCONFIRMED, 'Ever confirmed' should stay true, since it has ever been confirmed.
