Intention: Look up something in another window Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Media settings for an existing image, using Safari. 2. Click on "Advanced settings". Don't click inside any text field (e.g., width or height). 3. Decide that you need to go to another window or browser tab for a moment, so click elsewhere. 4. Go back to VisualEditor. 5. Discover that the Media settings dialog has put you back in "General settings" again. Converse is also true: if you put the text cursor in the "Height" box and then switch to "General settings" before leaving the page for a moment, you will be flipped back to "Advanced settings". Reproducible: Always Reproducible in Safari, not in Firefox. Perhaps it's because Safari "helpfully" flips the box to wherever the text cursor is, and Firefox ignores it?
