Highlighted clear formatting option

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Select a text and apply some text styles from the toolbar like "Bold", "Italic"
3.Now select "Clear Formatting:
4.Again reapply these formats

Observed Result:
Observe that, the though the text formats are reapplied the "Clear formatting" option remains selected.

This was fixed last month.
