When JS is disabled, the item values of statements do not link to the item. For example, in the item for "Germany" (Q183), the statement: 
  capital (P36) > Berlin (Q64)
does not link to the page for Berlin (Q64), unless JS is enabled.

I can confirm the problem on Wikidata but I can't reproduce this in my local Wikibase setup. This is either a setting or a version of one of the extensions that's different on Wikidata.

This is fixed with using the backend formatters in frontend.
