Seen on http://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Flow_QA as of 12 Feb:

Upon clicking "Add topic" receive error: 

An error occurred.
The error message received was: Exception Caught: No block accepted the 'new-topic' action: Flow\Block\TopicBlock

We fixed it, but now there seems to be a new (less informative) error on ee-flow :-/


"An error occurred while contacting the server."

Merged already (so won't be broken when branch is cut tomorrow)
