Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page in test 2

2.Select an image

3.Go to the Media Settings >Advanced Settings for that image

Observed Result:
 All the button labels are missing for Media Type Section in Media Settings>Advanced Settings in test2

Deployment issue, now fixed.
