If I click "Comments (n)" in the topic titlebar, it currently scroll the text area to the top of the screen. 
It should instead scroll the least amount needed, as the "Reply" links do.

Also, clicking "Comments (n)" doesn't expand the text area (giving the blue-left-border, and 4-line height). It should.
