Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Page Settings
3.Check the "Redirect this page to"
4.Specify an article title in the textbox
5.Apply Changes

Observed Result:
The Page redirect is not working, the resulting wikitext is:
[[Category:Testpage]]#REDIRECT [[14thfebFF]]
