I don't think that a non-human bot will answer you, but you might try to click https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/analytics/cards/1448 to see that there have been no updates.

I added zhwikivoyage to Wikistats specific copy of wikivoyage.dblists These lists are maintained manually: once someone added a private wiki to the central dblist files inadvertently, which exposed some content via wikistats reports, and required major cleanup operation across csv files, so I'd rather vet new wiki codes myself. I said "expect them at normal place within a few days.", but I confused normal prepublication to ../draft/.. and final release. There is a monthly cycle, and once a monthly cycle is complete (all dumps processed) I do quick check for misalignments, then push them to public place. I'm doing that now.
