Description Anjana S 2014-02-17 13:45:02 UTC
The page for blocking a user in the Special:Block ,the button "Block this user" can be designed better,I prefer atleast the color of text can be changed to red.

Hi Anjana,
this would be inconsistent with the entire rest of the interface.

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation_Design/Patterns_and_components#Buttons.2FActions and https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation_Design#Agora_styles outlines plans for button design in the future.

In general, when filing tickets you may want to consider using https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided to get a more structured approach, especially when the intention or the actual underlying problem is a bit unclear.
I might prefer buttons with brown text on a black background, and there might be reasons why my preference is not be a good idea for the everybody else. :)
