------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Krinkle <krinklemail@gmail.com> Date: Thu, 18 Jul 2013 13:09:23 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The bot hasn't changed. It was down for a few months but nothing was updated or upgraded that I know of. Are you sure this isn't an existing bug that already existed (perhaps something triggered by the special characters in the name) – e.g. does the global replace work at all or does it always remove it instead of replacing?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Rainer Rillke <rainerrillke@hotmail.com> Date: Thu, 18 Jul 2013 21:08:13 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Occasionally, it is reported that files are not properly replaced (even if a page is not protected etc...). This is, however, the first time I saw it removing instead of replacing, if I recall correctly. Anyway, is there something we (the community) can do so this project will be officially supported the WMF? Thanks in advance.
