load any page on http://en.m.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org

the first view of any page shows at the top what seems to be a number of blue links for Home/Random/Nearby/Watchlist, etc, then the elements of the page quickly sort themselves before displaying what seems to be a correct view of the page
