Workflow to reproduce: 1) User X is mentioned in a Flow post. 2) An email is sent to X's email address, telling him that he was mentioned in a Flow post and providing a link to that post. 3) That entire topic gets suppressed. 4) The link now leads to a (mostly) blank Flow page. Example of such a link pointing to a suppressed Flow post: http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Flow&workflow=rplm8a152na6ap7w#flow-post-rplm8a19r0l4b9d8 My suggestion for a way to fix this is to make these links instead say "Sorry, this post has been suppressed." with a link to a page about suppression so the user knows what that means.
When trying to see suppressed posts, it is now showing an error message "Insufficient permission to access the content." That's still a little obscure though, and we could probably improve on that reporting.
