A while ago, to address the issue of the admins constantly having to poke ops to run queries for agent activity report, an automatically-updating list was made available (to OTRS admins) at https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/idle_agent_report.

One more common request we ask for is a query for all tickets that are locked, but belong to invalid (closed) accounts.  If this could be incorporated into the above link - would probably need a page title change - (or a new page is created specifically for this) that would be helpful to us.  Should help ops as we won't need to poke anybody regularly to ask for this report.

I suggest to close this bug. The requested report can be generated by OTRS admins via OTRS' SQL box. The syntax is at https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/wiki/Queries/Locked_to_closed_accounts#Queries (works under 3.2)
