After our deployment of this extension to Beta Labs to test it, it seems that the description for the extension is missing from Special:Version. <globalcssjs-desc> is displayed instead.

The message exists in the i18n file and works for me locally, I'm assuming this is some caching thing on betalabs.

The l10n cache was no more updating on the beta cluster which was because of some json file being invalid in operations/mediawiki-config.git (bug 61830). https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/114980/ fixed it, I have deployed the change on sunday evening European time.
