When I am opening, for example, ru.wikipedia.org from my tablet - it shows me mobile site by default. BUT when I am opening ru.wikimedia.org (site of Wikimedia Russia chapter) - it doesn't switch to mobile view. I applied useformat=mobile to the page and it's rendered correctly - https://ru.wikimedia.org/wiki/Заглавная_страница?useformat=mobile We also have "Mobile version" link at the bottom of the page <https://ru.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/%D0%97%D0%B0%D0%B3%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%8F_%D1%81%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%86%D0%B0> but it also doesn't work. Should we change anything on the wiki itself or is it a configuration issue?
