Indeed. Trivial problem but interesting, since it shows that something is inconsistent in the database or the algorithm.
I checked it and it's a problem in the database. Some issues that are moved to one product to another are inserted twice in the database. We have this problem with around 2% of the total issues. We work at product level so, if the product changes it's like we were retrieving a new issue. We are going to procede to remove them from the database but it will take some time because it's not trivial. We also have to fix this error in the retrieval tool to avoid inserting twice or more times the same issue when its product changes. Meanwhile, I can remove duplicates from the top list. What do you think?
(In reply to Santiago Dueñas from comment #2) > Meanwhile, I can remove duplicates from the top list. What do you think? Sounds good as a workaround. Is displaying the closed bug 7963 in the "Longest time without comment" list on http://korma.wmflabs.org/browser/bugzilla_response_time.html the same issue?

What do you think? Santiago: In bug 64373 comment 9 you wrote "We fixed the problem with duplicated issues" so should this ticket still be open?
Opsss, this is already solved. You can close it.
