Go to empty Flow board, and either click the pencil to edit the header or enter a first post. Then click [Preview]. You get the pink errorbox.

The JS console has
   {"error":{"code":"invalid-title","info":"Page does not exist"}}

It's probably happening because we don't ensureFlowRevision() on preview, but maybe that's not the best solution.

It used to be create failed as well, that was bug 58018.  See bug 58018 comment 6
