So searching for "MyLanguage" doesn't find "Special:MyLanguage".  "Special:MyLanguage" finds it very well.

Another case:

In mediawiki.org, search

project calendar

(nothing useful)

Now try 

project:calendar

or project: calendar

And you get the right result at the top.
