Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Page Settings page
3.Now type something 

Observed Result:

It inserts the text in the CE

This issue is not just for Page Settings rather for all these dialogs :Advanced Settings,Categories,Languages and Keyboard shortcuts page
