I'd suggest putting an actual separator between the alias and the title, but whatever - at least make it smaller or italic or something.

Hmm, not as wonderful as I though, but setting
   font-style: italic
for
  .alias_nonedit_display
might work (but will ignore the surrounding brackets).

Wow!  We now have italic aliases!  Looks really nice.
