I would like to have /data/project, which is necessary for the orgcharts project's operation, migrated to eqiad. This blocks the migration of the instance, because I cannot close that bug until the orgchart service is back up.

Done.  I've migrated /home as well -- you're welcome to delete those bits if you turn out to not want them.

Please let me know if you have any troubles with this project.  If things look good then please update https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Labs_Eqiad_Migration_Progress accordingly.
