If a file uses a creator template the artist value of the API result is unusable.

Suggestion: Return the artist name only

This was tracked under https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/multimedia/cards/202 (also bug 57383, but that is more generic). Fix was merged on Feb 27, should go live on  March 13.
