"Error undeleting file: A non-identical file already exists at 'mwstore://local-swift-eqiad/local-public/b/bd/Aurora_&_sunset.jpg'" was displayed when trying to partilly restore a file for splitting. No file exists at: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Aurora_%26_sunset.jpg

The issue seems to have been resolved spontaneously as I was able to restore the file.
