When using Special:Search (Cirrus), title matches in entity namespace (e.g. Q64 or "Berlin" -- matching the label) are not highlighted.

This might be fixable with hooks or with making Elastic / Cirrus more aware about these types of content and handling them appropriately.

There are some hooks in Special:Search that Wikibase could use to address this.

We already are using some hooks, and using LinkBegin to more generally convert links like [[Q64]] into "Berlin (Q64)"
