Steps to Reproduce:
0. Log in and activate beta
1. Go to https://sv.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tr%C3%A4dkrypare?uselang=qqx

Actual Results:  
Top of Table of Contents reads "Contents"

Expected Results:  
Should be a translatable message (e.g. mobile-frontend-toc)
