On office wiki I get

When the upload attempt is made to

Can we fix this (not sure if this is a bug yet or a configuration problem)?

Seems to be specific to office wiki. wgMFPhotoUploadEndpoint config variable is incorrectly set to Commons. Rectifying but no bug in MobileFrontend.
