there are quite a few log entries reporting Exception from line 98 of WikiPageEntityLookup Looks related to editing, as there are edits on the items at the same time as the log entry. there are 63 log entries for this in the past hour. not a huge amount though not small either.
we are being pinged about this. It would be good to figure out the cause, try to reproduce and fix this

note it still happened when we had mw1.23-wmf21 deployed
