Which specific graphs are you referring to?

I cannot reproduce any problems:
  http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/aircel-india
  http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/beeline-russia

both are working fine and reliably for me.

You mean like an URLs working only sometimes?

Dan A. followed up on this but we didn't update the bug. Sorry about that.

The current situation is that the dashboard names were changed (details follow) but there were no data issues. Christian informed Dan Foy that this was going to happen on two occasions in February.

There is currently only one outstanding issue -- we don't have the URL for the "Dem Rep of Congo" dashboard.

From Dan A.

It looks like these got renamed on March 3rd by the automatic process, probably as part of a change in configuration (I'm not that familiar with the process, sorry). This is the commit that effectively renamed the dashboards: https://git.wikimedia.org/commitdiff/analytics%2Fwp-zero%2Fdata/c38c2b758b854d2428332d201a7c3cd503cb94b0.

The changes I found are as follows:

* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/aircel-digilink-india-india became http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/aircel-india [1]
* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/bee-line-gsm-russian-federation became http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/beeline-russia [2]
* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/cct-congo-dem-rep was REMOVED
* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/digi-telecommunications-malaysia became http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/digi-malaysia [3]
* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/mtn-dialog-sri-lanka became http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/dialog-sri-lanka [4]
* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/orange-sahelc-niger became http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/orange-niger [5]
* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/promonte-gsm-montenegro became http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/telenor-montenegro [6]
* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/stc-al-jawal-saudi-arabia became http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/saudi-telecom-saudi-arabia [7]
* http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/total-access-dtac-thailand became http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/dtac-thailand [8]

Just to avoid sensitive wording ... I do not think that I /informed/ Dan that
we'll now kill the URLs :-)
Instead, (from my point of view) I presented the new URLs to Dan and asked if
we could remove the old, non-standard URLs that used wrong carrier names anyway.

The original email [1] was on 2014-02-18.
The second email was on 2014-02-25.
Removal finally happened on 2014-03-04.

There was a 14-day period where old and new dashboards were available
in parallel.

> There is currently only one outstanding issue -- we don't have the URL for
> the "Dem Rep of Congo" dashboard.

This dashboard has been moved to:
  http://gp.wmflabs.org/dashboards/orange-democratic-republic-of-the-congo

[1] The email contained a full list of which dashboards would change or
not change.
