Intention: Updating from 1.22.2 to 1.22.4 Steps to Reproduce: 1.Starting with a working 1.22.2 install, downloaded 1.22.4 2. Merged new files 3. Ran update.php 4. Thanks for taking the time to report this! Trace in bug 56345 looks a bit similar. Have you also brought this up on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Support_desk already?
No I had not started a discussion at the Support Desk, but have now. By the way can you read the attachment? It shows a size but when I went to it, all I got was a blank page. The file I uploaded was html and maybe that was not the right format to use.

Well, I think this bug can be closed as a user issue. This was one of my first upgrades and on review my process was not very good. So I redid the build and now have a working basic installation. I have not yet solved all my extension issues, but the base install is working.
Hmm, not sure what went wrong, or if documentation could be improved in that case, but thanks for keeping us updated. Closing.
